My name is Lauren Morley
My journey began as a personal trainer, where I discovered my passion for understanding the profound connection between nutrition and overall health. This interest led me to pursue studies in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Over the past decade, I’ve worked in the fields of education and mental health, gaining invaluable insights into how food influences not only physical health but also emotional and psychological well being. These experiences deepened my understanding of the powerful role nutrition plays and inspired me to integrate nutritional education into educational settings.... read on below..

Driven by a desire to explore the emotional and psychological aspects of health, I furthered my studies in humanistic counselling. Through this education, I uncovered the significant connection between emotions, trauma, and eating behaviours. Working closely with women and crafting personalised nutrition plans, it became increasingly clear to me how food directly impacts hormonal health. This realisation inspired me to focus my studies on women’s hormonal health, including areas such as periods, peri-menopause and menopause.
My ultimate goal is to empower women to reclaim control over their food choices, self esteem and hormones, enabling them to lead the healthiest, happiest life possible. I do this by helping women to understand how food behaviours are deeply linked to their emotions and used as coping mechanisms or to fulfill unmet needs. By getting to the root cause of food behaviours we can make long lasting change for good.
