I honestly cannot thank Lauren enough. I started this to gain more energy, improve my immune system and to lose a little weight. What I have gained is not only this things, but a whole new relationship with food!! No more disordered eating, no no more food guilt and no more tracking calories. I am learning how to fuel myself to feel good. I used to be an eternal snacker and once I’d started I would binge. Since being with Lauren I just don’t crave snacks or sugar anymore. Take today, I’ve had lunch and dinner and nothing else in between. Not because I feel I can’t, but because I’m full and just don’t want the snacks! I’ve signed up for another month because having the support, accountability and someone that has helped me workout where my relationship with food stemmed from and then help me fix it has been invaluable. I literally feel ‘freed’.
