If you're struggling with health symptoms, emotional eating, or simply feeling out of control with your food choices, this 12 week programme is exactly what you need. Through weekly one to one calls for 1 hour, I’ll help you tackle the root causes of your struggles, by guiding you through focusing on everything from managing symptoms, to balancing your hormones, to building a healthy, joyful relationship with food. The constant cycle of dieting stops today, and we beginning to fuel your body and focus on your health begins. This are not just a space to share but to explore the intricate layers of food behaviours, past memories, and trauma that influence our choices. This is where the real transformation happens. By acknowledging the root causes of our eating patterns, we can begin to heal and take actionable steps toward lasting change. Without awareness, change is nearly impossible, but through these therapeutic sessions, participants will develop the insights needed to shift deeply ingrained behaviours. By addressing the emotional underpinnings of eating, this course offers a holistic approach that looks at the whole person, not just their plate. It’s not just about what you eat, but why you eat, and how to create a healthy relationship with food that lasts beyond the 12 weeks. The membership not only includes- A one to one 45 minute consultation, a personalised nutrition plan, all recipes, access to contact me on whats app, one weekly 60 minute, one to one video call with me, shopping list as well as access to our community monthly meet ups, event updates, newsletters and free access to the online Food Behaviour course RRP £59. Together, we'll explore how hormonal changes are affecting your cravings, mood, and energy levels, and develop a personalised plan that works with your body, not against it.
